1. What leader do you know who is a good model of both integrity and boldness?
Read Micah 3:5-12.
2. What was God’s indictment against the false prophets? What would be the consequence?
3. What was the indictment against the leaders of Israel? What would be the consequence because of them?
4. What was Micah’s calling (v. 8)? How did he carry out his mission with such confidence and fearlessness?
5. In what ways do Christian leaders today succumb to the same kind of enticements as the Israelite prophets and leaders?
6. In what areas of your life do you need to depend more on the Holy Spirit’s power rather than your own? (See Zechariah 4:6; Acts 1:8.)
7. Pray for the leaders of your church and the nation. Ask the Holy Spirit to convict them of any sin in their lives and for his power to guide them to live and lead with integrity.
